i did a weeks worth of horseback riding in andalucia. this is such an inspirational town. we rode for about 4-hours each day. if you didn’t care to ride that long you could walk along the trails as well. it was nice that everyone got to go at their own pace. meals were also included at the horseback riding center.
this wasn’t a “one-horse town” was a phrase i heard. andalucia is a great place to visit on holiday. you also get to check out the town of seville…spend a night there. both places are located in southern spain. andalucia is one of the most exotic places and is very popular.
riding through these cities, we got to see how beautiful they were. we also got to check out some of the countryside pictured above. the villages we rode through were so quaint. we also got to see caves and views that stretched for miles.

Here’s another place to put on your to-do-list!
Horse riding in a beautiful rural evironement
As we were travelling through Andalusia, a beautiful region in the south of Spain, we passed by Huescar. Looking for a unique location, we found this region, which is 150 km from Granada and the Sierra Nevada. We found cave dwellings, in a beautiful and peaceful environment with countless lakes and parks. These caves have been used by the Moors in the Middle Ages and later as a sleeping-place and as a shelter for shepherds and their sheep. During winter and summer, the temperature in the caves is of 18 ° C up to 20 ° C, cool in summer and warm in winter. After this magnificent discovery, we decided to restore these caves and keep the original rooms, each with a fireplace and chimney. Of course, we added the modern conveniences, a kitchen, a bathroom with jacuzzi, bedroom with a four-poster bed and romantic lighting.
Each cave has its own terrace or garden, barbecue and garden furniture.
We offer you hotel service and serve you a delicious daily breakfast. This is a unique and unforgettable experience, staying in these rustic and romantic caves on a beautiful location with rural surroundings, enjoying the peace and quiet with a view of mountains and olive groves in the valley, enjoying a beautiful sunset. You will be staying within walking distance of the village with bars, restaurants, supermarkets. There you can also discover the hospitality of the local population.
We respect your privacy and are always ready for you with information about the region and its culture.
Experience Andalusia in a way that you will never forget!
